MSC 201 - Advanced Leadership |
Theoretical and practical leadership instruction, in which students will examine several aspects of communication and leadership concepts such as written and oral communications, effective listening, assertiveness, personality, adult development, motivation, and organizational culture and change. Students will be well grounded in fundamental leadership principles and will be better prepared to apply such principles to a wide variety of life experiences. Prerequisites: MSC 101 and MSC 102 or department consent. Two lecture.
