Prerequisite: CIS 130. This course will prepare students for the second of two CompTIA A+ exams. Focus will be on operating system functions, file concepts and procedures, OS installations, configuration and upgrading, boot system sequences, diagnosing and troubleshooting error messages, basic system network procedure and connections. Four credits lecture.
